Rogers, Esq. for an introduction to ourselves and basic concepts surrounding estate planning. Sessions last for fifteen (15) minutes. Mary Kathryn Brennan, Esq.
Mary Kathryn’s practice is focused on elder law, Medicaid (MaineCare) planning, probate and contested matters in the York and Cumberland County Probate Courts. She has represented elders in matters before Maine Superior, District and Probate courts, the Maine Department of Health and Human Services and the Office of Medicare Hearings where she has extensive long- term care knowledge. She is licensed to practice in Maine.
Smilie G. Rogers, Esq.
Smilie’s practice is focused on estate planning, elder law and probate matters. Smilie’s estate planning practice includes sophisticated estate planning and federal tax matters. Smilie is licensed to practice law in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
Pre-registration is required to secure your session and reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Upon successful registration, you will receive a Zoom confirmation email with details for your confidential session.
Everyone’s time is valuable and we ask that you log in ten (10) minutes prior to the start of your session so that we may begin promptly. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance via email.
