Firm History
Brennan & Rogers, PLLC , formerly the Law Office of Smilie G. Rogers, PLLC, was established in 2010. In 2011, Mary Kathryn Brennan joined the firm as a partner. As of January 1, 2017, the name was changed to Brennan & Rogers, PLLC. We continue today with the same focus on elder legal care, general estate planning and probate matters.
We are proud that, among other awards that our attorneys have received, our firm has been the first-place winner in the “Best Law Firm” category of the Best of the Seacoast Community Choice Awards for 2021 – 2025. We believe that this reflects our team’s commitment to excellence.
