Katherine M. Audet

KMA-2

Raised and Educated in New England

Katie was born and raised in Laconia, New Hampshire, where she also attended high school.  During high school, Katie played softball and was involved in various clubs, but the French club was her favorite, perhaps because she comes from a long line of French Canadians. Both her parents and grandparents could, and often did, speak French conversationally while she was growing up. Katie moved to Maine to attend the University of New England, in Biddeford, for undergraduate studies in Medical Biology. Katie received her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, in Portland, in 2014.

Practicing with a Purpose

Before joining Brennan and Rogers, PLLC, Katie practiced at a regional law firm specializing in creditors’ rights and regulatory compliance. At Brennan & Rogers, PLLC, Katie’s practice is focused on estate planning, where she takes a lead role in all aspects of the estate planning process. Katie is also especially well-versed in the probate process and is actively involved in our Medicaid Planning and Medicaid application matters.

At Home

Katie lives in Lyman where she enjoys exploring walking trails with her boyfriend and cocker spaniel, reading, baking, and spending time with her family.
